Dear PE Listeners,

Most of my friends and the people I work with know that I'm a health nut (crazy about health). If I hear that someone is not feeling well, I can't withhold myself. I must offer suggestions for treatment whether they like it or not. If I have extra supplements in my purse, I have to give them away. I often gift people with health food and vitamis instead of the more common gifts. I know it's strange. But I can't help it.

I realize that some people may theink that I can be excessive when it comes to the topic of health. But honestly, I have no choice. Since my voice is my livelihood, I cannot be sick. If my voice is not at its best, I can't work. If I can't work, I won't be able to pay my bills. You get the idea.

You don't have to be like me but I do hope you research and find out ways to improve your overall health. Brain fog and constant fatigue are not good sings. Cut out sugar (that includes bread and noodles), eat more healthy fats and try intermittent fasting. And of course, eat a ton of leafy vegetables!! Remember, health is wealth! Take good care of yourself this month.

health nut: 건강에 미친 사람, nut는 괴짜, 미친 사람

I can't withhold myself.

IF(Intermittent Fasting): 간헐적 단신

Most of my lifetime, diet is always critical issue for me at least. I have tried tons of ways to loose my weight, but not successful. These days, I am trying the intermittent fasting. After the dinner, I skip the breakfast and have a light meal for lunch. Only dinner is my regular meal I have a day. Sometimes I have a brain fog due to the dying of hunger but I am doing the trial and error. Not excessive, I think.
