210208 Why I pack my lunch
What's in the bag, Heather?
It's my lunch and thermos of coffee. I'm tired of paying through the nose for junk food every day.
Is it that expensive to eat out every day?
If you break it down, it costs about $10 for lunch and $3 for coffee. But I usually haev two coffees. So that's $16 a day, or $80 a week!
And if you pack your lunch, you can take your time when you eat.
Meanwhile, everyone else is rushing aroundt just to ent up wating in lines.

pay through the nose:
I hate to pay through the nose for a tiny sandwich.
I had to pay throught the nose for my university fees because I came from another state.
