Atlas copco CEO Vagner Rego 2025 New Years Address

As this year reaches an end, I would like to highlight a saying that very much defines Atlas Copco Group:
올해가 끝나가면서 저는 Atlas Copco 그룹을 매우 잘 정의하는 말을 강조하고 싶습니다

“There is always a better way”.  항상 더 나은 방법이 있다.

I really like this saying and as I reflect on the past year and my first 7 months as CEO of the Group, I feel very proud of what it means to us.
저는 이 말이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 지난 1년과 그룹 CEO로서의 첫 7개월을 되돌아보면서 이 말이 우리에게 어떤 의미인지 매우 자랑스럽게 생각합니다.

Innovation and product development is of great importance to us and by finding the better way and developing the right technologies we as a Group can contribute to transforming the future. In addition to this one of our fundamentals for growth is our customer focus. The partnership with our customers, where we really work to understand their needs, means not only that we develop smart products and solutions that generate data and insights, but we also do it in a way that is smart by optimizing the use of resources and which leads to efficiencies.
저혁신과 제품 개발은 우리에게 매우 중요하며, 그룹으로서 더 나은 방법을 찾고 올바른 기술을 개발함으로써 우리는 미래 변화에 기여할 수 있습니다. 또한 성장을 위한 우리의 기본 원칙 중 하나는 고객 중심입니다. 고객의 요구 사항을 이해하기 위해 실제로 노력하는 고객과의 파트너십은 데이터와 통찰력을 생성하는 스마트 제품과 솔루션을 개발할 뿐만 아니라 리소스 사용을 최적화하고 스마트한 방식으로 이를 수행한다는 것을 의미합니다. 효율성을 가져옵니다.

So, with this short reflection I would like to send my warmest gratitude to all colleagues and to all customers around the world. I sincerely look forward to our continued efforts for 2025!
